![]() ![]() If you have filed an iPhone Theft and Loss claim, don’t remove the iPhone from your trusted devices until your claim has been fully approved. Below Notifications, turn on Notify When Found. If the device can’t be located: You see No location found below the device’s name. If the device can be located: It appears on the map so you can see where it is. Select your device, scroll down and select Remove from account. Tap Devices at the bottom of the screen, then tap the name of the device you want to locate. Remove your iPhone or iPad from your trusted devices: Sign in to, then choose Devices from the sidebar.Contact your wireless network provider to report your missing iPhone and ask them to disable your account if your iPhone is covered under your wireless network provider plan, file a claim as well.Find out how to find the serial number of your device. They may request the serial number of your iPhone or iPad, which you can find even if you don’t have the device. Don’t remove your iPhone from Find My or your Apple ID until your claim has been fully approved. If your iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, file a claim for an iPhone replacement.Remotely erase your iPhone or iPad: If you have access to a trusted device or a family member’s device, erase your device with Find My.Select Password and follow the instructions. Change your Apple ID password: Sign in to, then choose Sign-in and Security from the sidebar.Sign out everywhere on your account page, and for extra safety reset your password.Unlink your Spotify account from the manufacturer's app, like Amazon Alexa.Remove the device from the list to avoid connecting to it by mistake: click on the three dots next to the device you want to remove > click Forget Device.If you don’t have access to that device, ask its owner to log out of your account. You may have left your account logged in on someone else’s device. Go to TV Settings > Apps > Special app access > Display over other apps. Allow Spotify to display over other apps.Restart your WiFi or try a different WiFi network.Try connecting devices to the same WiFi.Make sure all devices’ software is up-to-date.Make sure your Spotify app is up-to-date.Restart the device running the Spotify app.Restart your speaker, Smart display, etc.Go to iPhone Settings > Spotify > Local Network, and toggle it on. Make sure you provide Spotify access to your local network.If your device isn’t showing, try using the Spotify app instead.
